Norman currently consults at MSD as a Consumer Experience (CX) Architect and previously lead the CX and Innovation arm at Sephora Digital for 2 years.
When not at work, he produces a live talk show (The Symposium), teaches psychology in UX, the 3 levels of customer success and investing in mental models at General Assembly and writes about business, culture and design here. His articles have been read by 20,000 people globally.
